This cosy holiday home for four is located on a quiet country road, just outside the picturesque centre of Groet in North Holland.

With the polder, sea and the extensive forest and dune area of Schoorl as our backyard, it is the ideal base for a cycling, walking or beach holiday.

Looking for peace, space and privacy? Then our cosy holiday home, which is fully equipped, is the perfect place to enjoy all the beauty in the area!

House layout

Cosy living room with dining area and sitting area, there is good WIFI, a digital television, a Sonos sound system and a cosy gas fireplace. The spacious open kitchen includes a dishwasher, bean and Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, five-burner cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, oven and full kitchen inventory. On the first floor are two bedrooms with in the master bedroom an electrically adjustable Auping box spring with two separate mattresses and in the other bedroom two separate single box spring beds. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

 

Fully fenced private yard with terrace, nice lawn and private driveway with access gate. The holiday home has a north-facing but deep front garden. This gives you sun on the terrace but also allows you to sit in the shade of the house.

Wir hatten das Haus über Sylvester gebucht und würden sehr freundlich von Gastgeber empfangen. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind einfach schön und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Es war megaschön. Das Haus ist gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu Vincent war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Due Umgebung hat vieles zu bieten
